there are days when you let the little stuff get to you. it's odd because you do your best to manage the big stuff. and you handle it, put it to one side and say I can't change it, but then someone comes by and breaks your egg and you want to wrestle them to the ground and choke them till they tap out.
it's good not to act on those feelings.
